PRE ORDER AND SHIPPING AND POLICY

​​At Pokrylics, we take great care in packing and shipping our acrylic cases to ensure they reach you safely and in perfect condition.
 

  1. Pre Oreder Policy 

  • Pre-orders placed on or before the 15th of a calendar month will be shipped by the end of the same month.•

  • Pre-orders placed after the 15th and up to the 30th/31st will be shipped by the 15th of the following m

  1. Shipping locations
    • We currently ship across India.
    • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated on our website accordingly.e following month. 

  1. Order Processing Time

  • • Orders are processed within 7–9 business days after order confirmation.

    • Made-to-order or custom acrylic cases may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
    • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
     

  1. Shipping Timeline
    • Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
    • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
    • Non-Metro / Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–9 business days
    • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days
    • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
     

  2. Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
    • Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment.
     

  3. Packaging & Handling
    • All acrylic cases are:
    • Carefully wrapped and securely packed
    • Shipped with protective materials to minimize transit damage
    • Despite careful packaging, acrylic is a fragile material and must be handled with care upon delivery.
     

  4. Order Tracking
    • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
    • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided information.
     

  5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
    • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
    • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and product
    • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at pokrylics@gmail.com
    • Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
     

  6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
    • Pokrylics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
    • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned or failed deliveries.
     

  7. Delivery Responsibility
    • Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier service.
    • Pokrylics is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, natural events, or government restrictions.
