PRE ORDER AND SHIPPING AND POLICY

​​At Pokrylics, we take great care in packing and shipping our acrylic cases to ensure they reach you safely and in perfect condition.
 

Pre Order Policy 

  • Pre-orders placed on or before the 15th of a calendar month will be shipped by the end of the same month.

  • Pre-orders placed after the 15th and up to the 30th/31st will be shipped by the 15th of the following m

Shipping locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated on our website accordingly.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or custom acrylic cases may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  •  Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
     

Shipping Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
     

Pokrylics Secure + Insured Shipping - Terms & Conditions

1. Coverage
All orders placed under Pokrylics Secure+ Insured Shipping are fully insured against physical damage to the acrylic cases during transit.

 

2. Damage Eligibility
Refunds apply only if:

  • The acrylic case is physically damaged during transit.

  • The damage affects the structural integrity (cracks, chips, breaks, major scratches).

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

3. Proof Requirement
To qualify for a refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video starting from sealed package condition.

  • Photos of the outer packaging.

  • Photos of the damaged case.

  • Order number and delivery details.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in claim rejection.

 

4. Refund Policy
If the claim is approved:

  • Pokrylics will refund the amount paid for the damaged case(s).

  • Shipping charges may or may not be refunded depending on the situation.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

5. Exclusions
Insurance does not cover:

  • Minor cosmetic marks not affecting functionality.

  • Damage caused after delivery.

  • Improper handling by the customer.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.

 

6. Final Decision
Pokrylics reserves the right to inspect submitted proof and make the final decision on all insurance claims.

Pokrylics Standard Shipping (Zero Damage Coverage) - Terms & Conditions

1. Packaging Assurance
All orders under Pokrylics Standard Shipping are securely packed using protective materials to minimize the risk of transit damage.

2. No Transit Damage Coverage
This shipping option does not include insurance coverage for damages that may occur during transit. Pokrylics will not be liable for any physical damage, breakage, cracks, chips, or cosmetic defects caused after dispatch.

3. Risk Transfer
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for transit-related risks transfers to the shipping carrier.

4. No Refund or Replacement for Transit Damage
Refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be provided for:

  • Damage occurring during transit

  • Courier mishandling

  • External packaging dents or compression damage

 

5. Customer Acknowledgement
By selecting Pokrylics Standard Shipping (Zero Damage Coverage), the customer acknowledges and agrees that transit-related damage is not covered under this shipping option.

 

6. Claims Against Courier
Customers may independently raise concerns directly with the courier partner if required. Pokrylics will provide basic shipment details upon request.

 

7. Final Authority
Pokrylics reserves the right to determine the applicability of these terms.

 

Packaging & Handling

All acrylic cases are:

  • Carefully wrapped and securely packed

  • Shipped with protective materials to minimize transit damage

  • Despite careful packaging, acrylic is a fragile material and must be handled with care upon delivery.
     

  1. Order Tracking
    • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
    • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided information.
     

  2. Damaged or Tampered Packages
    • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
    • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and product
    • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at pokrylics@gmail.com
    • Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
     

  3. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
    • Pokrylics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
    • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned or failed deliveries.
     

  4. Delivery Responsibility
    • Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier service.
    • Pokrylics is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, natural events, or government restrictions.
